Description

Evelyn House is an early 19th-century house located on the south side of Ramsbury High Street. It is constructed of diaper brickwork with a tiled roof and has two storeys and an attic. The house has three narrow window bays. An off-centre entrance features a glazed panel and a simple, bracketed canopy. The windows are 4-pane sashes contained within wide, moulded boxes and have segmental brick heads with blue strings. The eaves are cogged, and it has a tall mansard roof with a flat dormer. The property is distinguished by its gable stacks.
