Description

Harepath Cottage is an 18th-century cottage located on Collingbourne Road in Burbage. It features a whitewashed flint-and-brick construction with a thatched roof. The cottage is single storey with an attic and consists of two bays. The original entrance, which was on the left in the outer bay, has been replaced by a window, and there is now a door set in a lean-to on the right. The cottage has 20th-century timber casement windows with glazing bars, but retains 18th-century iron casements in the flush semi-dormers. There is a flush dormer at the rear and a gable stack on the left side, serving the main living room. Additionally, there is a brick and tiled extension added in 1986 to the left of the original structure.
