Description

This milestone, located about 100 metres south of the drive to Little Toyd Farm, dates from the early 19th century. It is made of limestone and has a square plan, standing approximately 1 metre tall with a weathered top. The front features lettering that reads: "XXII Miles from Poole Gate" and "VI Miles From Cranborne."
