Description

The Fox memorial is a chest tomb located in the churchyard, approximately 13 metres north of the porch of the Church of St. Michael. It dates from the early 19th century and is made of limestone. The tomb features two fielded panels on the sides, with a grooved pilaster between them and stylised flower panels at the corners. It has a plinth, a grooved frieze, and a corniced top. The memorial commemorates William Fox, who died in 1847.
