Description

The M. Hopkins monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard about 10 metres southeast of the aisle of All Saints Church. It dates from the early 19th century and features baluster angles, a moulded base and cornice, a pulvinated frieze, and rosettes below. The tomb has slab sides and includes an inscription on the north side commemorating Matthew Hopkins, who died in 1807.
