Description

The chest tomb to the Hopkins family, located approximately 2 meters north of the nave of the Church of St. Mary, dates from around 1763 and includes some later inscriptions. It is made of stone and has a rectangular shape. The tomb features a cyma recta moulded base, with two panels on each side and a single panel at each end. The corners are adorned with baluster moulding, and it has a moulded top. Each panel contains inscriptions dedicated to various members of the Hopkins family.
