Description

The Manor is a house dated 1775, located on Cholsey Church Road. It is constructed of grey brick with red brick dressings and features an old plain-tile hipped roof with brick ridge stacks on both the left and right returns. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a three-window range. There is a sash door at the center, flanked by 20th-century angled bays on either side. A flat brick band runs between the ground and first floors. The first floor has three 4-pane sash windows, and there is a dentil course at the eaves. The roof includes three hipped dormers, each with 2-light wood casements. A Chinese-Chippendale-style balustrade is present on the partly reconstructed stairs.
