Description
The grey monument in the churchyard, located approximately 12 meters south-west of the tower of the Church of St Michael, is a headstone dating from 1928, created by Rex Whistler. Made of limestone, it features a narrow headstone with a slightly cushioned oval panel that displays an italic inscription. At the top, there is a shell design, with boldly moulded drapes that fall from knots on either side. The monument is dedicated to Pamela Grey, who died in 1928, and was erected by her husband and children.
