Description

Milestone located outside No. 176 in Bromham, dating from the early 19th century. It is made of stone and features a triangular-plan cast-iron facing. The inscription on the foot reads "Burt, Devizes" on the south side, while the north side indicates "Chippenham 7" and "Calne 5." The flat gabled top displays "Devizes 3."
