Description

No. 19 Burton Street is a mid-19th century house, part of a semi-detached pair, with No. 17 not included. The house features solid rendered walls and a slated roof, with rendered chimneys at each end of the ridge. It is two storeys high and two windows wide, with a doorway situated between the ground-storey windows. The entrance has a four-panelled door with a lion-head knocker, where the top two panels are now glazed. The door has panelled reveals and is sheltered by a wooden trellised porch. The windows are two-paned sashes with margin-panes, and the building has a deep, flat eaves-cornice.
