Description

71 Drew Street is a detached house located in Higher Brixham, dating from the mid-19th century. The building features solid rendered walls and a hipped roof covered with slates. At the rear, there are two rendered chimneys. It is two storeys high with a symmetrical front that has three windows. The central doorway is round-arched, and the windows are set in shallow rectangular recesses. All door and window frames are from the late 20th century. The house has a deep flat eaves-cornice with a shaped wooden fringe.
