Description
21 Milton Street is a house located in Higher Brixham, dating from the early to mid-19th century. It features solid rendered walls and a hipped slate roof, with a large red-brick chimney on the left side wall. The building has three storeys and is two windows wide, with a doorway replacing the right-hand ground-storey window. The doorway is round-arched and flanked by pilasters, each topped with a section of entablature, and the cornice extends across the entire width. The reveals are panelled, with the bottom panels flush. To the left of the door, there is a round-arched iron shoe scraper. The windows are two-paned sashes, each with a single horizontal glazing bar. A raised band runs above the ground storey, and there is a deep, flat eaves cornice.
