Description
The garden walls and gate piers forming part of the grounds of Ochiltree House date to 1889. The walls are constructed of red Cockington sandstone rubble, with the gate piers faced in rock-faced stone. The gate piers are square in section and feature moulded cornices topped with tiered pyramidal caps. The garden walls, which have irregular toothed capping, extend along Greenway Road and Burridge Road, and a tiled road sign is incorporated into the wall along Burridge Road. The structures are included on the list for their group value alongside Ochiltree House.
