Description

The garden walls located west of Oare House date back to the 18th century and were altered in the early 20th century. Constructed of brick, the walls feature stone weathered copings and stand approximately 3.5 meters high. They extend from the rear elevation of the house and include a gate with piers topped with urns on the south side. The walls continue below the terrace at a height of 3 meters, sweeping down to 2 meters at the return opposite the facade. A central claire-vue is formed, featuring a low wall with moulded coping that supports railings between the piers, which are from the 20th century.
