Description

The forecourt railings to Oare House were built between 1921 and 1925 by Clough Williams-Ellis. They are made of wrought iron and feature a central pair of gates with an overthrow, along with side gates that connect to the wings of the house. The railings are supported by a brick sill wall and terminate in 21-inch brick piers topped with stone cornices and ball finials.
