Description
The Barn and Granary at Abbey Farm date from the late 19th century. The Barn is a large, low building resembling a tithe barn, constructed of rubble with a pantile roof. It features two taller outer gables and two lower half gables in between, with chamfered segmental heads and cills on the openings. There are two extensions at the rear. The Granary, likely also from the late 19th century, is a smaller structure made of squared rubble with ashlar quoins and chamfered dressings, topped with a half hipped stone tile roof. It also appears to function as a dovecote.
