Description

No. 18, High Street is an 18th-century house, now used as a shop with offices above. The building is rendered with a false ashlar finish and has a slate roof with two hipped dormers. Gable stacks are present. It is three storeys high and has two bays. The right-hand side features a projecting shopfront with a central entrance and fascia. The upper floors contain two-pane sash windows with sidelights; a square projecting string connects the window sills on the second floor. Heavy moulded eaves are also present. A fire insurance sign is visible.
