Description

No. 14 High Street is a house, now vacant, dating from the early to mid-19th century. It features stuccoed brickwork and is three stories high with four bays. The door, located in the second bay, has a moulded and bracketed hood. The windows are adorned with moulded architraves and sills, topped with a cornice. The windows are four-pane sashes, and the building has paired modillion eaves. The facade is the only part retained during rebuilding, which was ongoing as of September 1984. This building is listed for its group value context.
