Description
The Canal Bridge, located 300 meters northeast of the County, or Magic Roundabout, is an accommodation bridge over the former North Wilts Canal, dating from around 1810. It is constructed from Swindon stone and features an elliptical arch. The bridge has a string course at the base of the parapet and end piers, with heavy stone copings, some of which have been replaced with rough-hewn gritstone.
