Description

Whitehall Bridge is an accommodation bridge over the canal, dated 'W.D. 1784' for the Thames and Severn Canal. It is constructed of dressed limestone with some brick patching and rebuilding, featuring dressed and squared coping. The bridge has a segmental arch with simple moulding and impost blocks, along with plain curved retaining walls. The west side has undergone significant rebuilding, while the east side retains more original masonry.
