Farmhouse, now old people's home. C18. Coursed rubble. Hipped concrete slate roof with 3 small hipped dormers and right end projecting stack with attached roof. 3 wide bays, 3 bays deep. Central door. 2-storey, 12-pane sashes, tripartite in 1st and 3rd bays. Door has projecting pediment on cut brackets. Interior: C20 remodelling.
