Description

This barn dates to the early to mid-19th century and sits 20 metres north of Gloucester Road Farmhouse. It is constructed of rubble with a plain clay tile roof, featuring stone slates at the eaves and raised coped verges. The north elevation has a central elliptical arched cart entry with a keystone, flanked by two similar first-floor pitching doors. Symmetrically placed ventilation slits are also present. The west end has a similar gable. The south elevation features a gabled cart entry, similar to the north side but with brick dressings, and is flanked by two catslide extensions.
