Description
Spy Park Cottage is a house built in the early 19th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. It features coursed, squared rubble and an asbestos slate roof with raised coped verges and ashlar gable stacks. The building is two storeys high and has two windows, all of which are 20th-century 16-pane sashes. The central entrance consists of a panelled door with glass. On the left side, there are two 20th-century glazed doors, and the first floor has a two-light casement window with a round head and splayed glazing bars. The right side has a single-storey lean-to and a similar first-floor window. At the rear, there is a catslide roof over a single-storey 20th-century extension that includes two windows. The interior has not been inspected.
