Dated 1818. Former Baptist Chapel. Rendered. Hipped slate roof. Two storeys. Three windows, 24 pane glazing bar sashes on ground floor in plain stone architraves. Arch headed glazing bar sashes on first floor.

Blocked, projecting, one storey entrance porch: ashlar with parapet.
