Description

No. 76 on Broad Street is a building from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features relieving arches, a slate roof, and stone-and-brick stacks. The building has two storeys plus an attic and includes four windows. The first floor has glazing bar sashes set in plain Bath stone surrounds, while the ground floor features a square courtyard entrance with 19th-century doors and a 20th-century shopfront. Notable architectural details include Bath stone quoins, a moulded cornice, and a parapet.
