Description

56 Broad Street is a building dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It features a render lined to resemble ashlar stone and has a triple tile roof with stone-coped verges and brick chimney stacks. The building stands two storeys tall and has three windows. The ground floor displays tripartite glazing bar sash windows set in square openings, while the first floor has glazing bar sash windows. Above the entrance, there is a pediment supported by consoles, along with a moulded door frame and architrave. The entrance itself consists of a six-panelled door, with the top panels being glazed.
