The structure stands three storeys tall and has five windows, which are glazing bar sashes with plain stone architraves. A modillion cornice runs along the top, and there is an Ionic portico with a pediment at the entrance. On the ground floor, the left side has large pane sashes, while the right side features a modern shopfront and window.
