Farmhouse. Early C18 refronting of earlier building, with later alterations. Rubble, rendered at sides, brick and stone dressings, slate roof with stone ridge and gable stacks. L-plan, 3-span roof, 2 to rear forming rear wing. 2 storeys and 3 windows, all sashes in exposed boxes with thick glazing bars, central 1st floor Venetian window with Y tracery in round head, relieving arch over, 2 windows to each side of central door of 4 panels, pilasters to sides, triglyph frieze and modillioned pediment; south side has C20 rendered extension. West side of rear wing has ground floor 3-light casement with segmental brick head, 1st floor sash to left as on front and 2-light window to right under timber lintel with iron stanchions and internal shutters, plank door to right; north side rendered, single light window in gable, 2 casements in rear wing. Interior: not accessible.
