Description

This structure is a gate, piers, and overthrow located 30 metres south-east of Filton House, dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is made of freestone, with cast and wrought iron elements. The design features two tall, slim, smooth rusticated piers topped with ball finials. Between the piers are plain, restored cast iron gates and side panels, all beneath a decorative overthrow with floral motifs.
