12/17 Gate piers and Overthrow at SU 3627 6776

Gatepiers and overthrow. Late C19. Moulded stone plinth, brick with stone bands and moulded stone corniced caps. Iron overthrow. Square piers with fluted corners surmounted by standing stone lions with crowns. Arched wrought iron overthrow with leaf ornaments surmounted in centre by shield with crown.
