Description

The boiler room and chimney located in the garden of number 3 Upper Stone Close in Frampton Cotterell date back to the early 19th century. The structure is made of rubble laid in thin courses and brick. The chimney is square and tapers, standing approximately 13 meters high, with the top 2 meters constructed in English bond brickwork and featuring plain coping. Attached to the chimney are the remains of a small square boiler room.
