Description

The Boiler House behind Number 9 on Beetwell Street is a small, single-storey building dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It was formerly the office of the Tallow Chandlers who occupied the premises. The building is constructed of brick and features an original bow window with a dentil cornice and corbels, which faces north and can be seen from the street through an archway. It has two late 18th century to early 19th century sliding casements. The roof has been replaced with corrugated iron.
