Description
Westover Villa dates to the early 19th century. The upper part of the villa is rendered and pebbledashed, with a base rendered to imitate ashlar. It has a slate roof. The main part of the building is two storeys high with an attic storey, featuring two windows with slender glazing bar sashes in exposed frames. The ground floor has two flat-headed, three-light wooden bay windows with panelling at the ends and pilasters; a plain door is set into one bay with a wooden hood supported by iron brackets, alongside a sash window. The corner of the front elevation is chamfered, providing access to a two-storey wing set back from the main facade, containing one window on the first floor and two windows on the ground floor.
