5118 BITTON BATH ROAD (south side) No 114 ST 6769 14/111 II GV 2. Probably early C19; on older site. Two storey cottage close to left-hand corner of Avon Yale House. Rubble with pantile roof, hipped to right. Two windows, 2-light chamfered mullion casements (mid-C19 type). Central door with gabled later porch. Included for group value.
