Description
The milestone, located 110 yards south of White Gale Lodge, dates from the late 18th century. It features a cast-iron plaque that has been reset on a concrete post. The inscription on the plaque reads: "To/Bristol/15 miles/Bath/13 miles/Badmin/1 1/2 mile."
