Villa in planned group. c1827 by John Foulston. Stucco with stucco detail; slate hipped roof with projecting eaves; rendered stacks over the side walls. Double-depth plan with entrance hall behind left-hand room. 2 storeys; 3-window-range garden front. 2 pane sashes; cast-iron balcony carried on 3-bay arcade of latticed segmental arches between slender columns. Left-hand return has porch with moulded entablature and square columns. INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of interest. Road-frontage gates and railings included as separate item.
