Description
No. 3 Arnolds Point is a house in a row, built in the early 19th century. It features slate hanging on the front and a dry slate roof topped with crested red clay ridge tiles. The house has rendered brick end stacks and a double-depth plan. It is two storeys high with a symmetrical three-window front, including a blind pointed-arched central window above the doorway. The original windows are 16-pane hornless sashes, and the entrance has a six-panel door, with the top four panels later glazed, set within a mid-20th century gabled glazed porch that has a pair of glazed doors. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be as unaltered as the exterior.
