Description

Little Manor is a house dating from the late 16th century to the 17th century, with later alterations and additions. It is constructed of rubble and rendered, featuring a double Roman tiled roof with raised coped verges and ridge and gable stacks, some of which are set diagonally, with part of the roof being pantiled. The building has a T-plan layout, likely formed by the addition of a front wing shortly after the main range, which has been progressively extended to the left.

The house is two storeys high. On the right side, the roof includes a catslide over the porch. There is a 2-light casement window with ovolo mullions and a hood mould, along with a heavy door featuring raised moulded battens set in an ovolo-moulded and stopped frame. To the right, there is a 4-light casement at ground floor and a 3-light casement at first floor, both with ovolo mullions and a steep gable above. The front of the left wing has a similar 3-light casement, while the inner side features a ground floor 4-light and a first floor 3-light casement, with a gable above. The left side of the wing contains a ground floor 2-light and a first floor 3-light casement, also with a gable above.

The main range continues to the left with a higher roof level, featuring a 3-light casement at both ground and first floors from the 20th century, and a lean-to with a 3-light casement to the left. An attached 2-storey block at the left return includes a door and a 3-light casement. The right return has a 3-light casement with ovolo mullions and a hood mould in the gable end. At the rear of the main range, there are two similar 4-light casements at ground floor and two 3-light casements at first floor, with a gable above and a small off-centre single light that has a wider hood mould, possibly indicating a former door position. A taller block to the right has two windows, a ground floor 4-light and a 3-light, along with two 3-light casements at first floor, all featuring hood moulds. There is also a connecting wing set at an angle that includes a 2-light casement and a door, with a lean-to and door attached to the right gable end. The interior is not accessible.
