BELLEVUE ROAD 1. 5121 (East Side) No 8 ST 4071 1/33 II 2. Mid C19 villa with front recently restored at time of survey (1974). 2 storey ashlar front with bonded quoins and sill band. Hipped slate roof with projecting eaves. 3 windows with architrave surrounds and cornices on volutes. Frilled hoods for blinds to lst floor windows. Casements with marginal glazing bars. Double French windows to ground floor. Central doorway with pilasters supporting triangular pediment. 4-panel door.
