Description

No 8 Bellevue Road is a mid-19th century villa that has had its front recently restored as of the 1974 survey. The building features a two-storey ashlar front with bonded quoins and a sill band. It has a hipped slate roof with projecting eaves. There are three windows on the front, each with architrave surrounds and cornices supported by volutes. The first-floor windows have frilled hoods for blinds. The windows are casements with marginal glazing bars, and there are double French windows on the ground floor. The central doorway is flanked by pilasters and is topped with a triangular pediment, leading to a four-panel door.
