Description

White Cottage is a house dating from around 1800. It is built of whitewashed rubble with a pantiled roof and brick gable stacks. The house has a through passage plan and is two storeys high with two windows, all of which are 2-light casements. There is an off-centre door located in a stone porch that has a pitched roof. The left side of the building features a catslide roof over a rear addition, with a sash window in an exposed box at the ground floor left. The right side has a 2-light casement with glazing bars at the ground floor right. At the rear, there is a door located under the eaves of the catslide roof. The interior has not been inspected.
