GV II 1840. Originally Victoria Buildings. Painted ashlar. Concealed roof behind blocking course. Two storey. Three glazing bar sash windows with hood moulds: ground floor has later glazed doors. Elaborate cast iron verandah with tented canopy (said to have been added in 1930s).
