Description

No. 74 on Upper Church Road is a mid-19th century Tudor Gothic cottage. It features coursed rubble with ashlar dressings and has a slate roof. The building is two storeys tall and has an L-shaped plan with a porch at the angle. Notable architectural details include a castellated parapet and a four-centred arch doorpiece. The cottage has casement windows with mullions, which are topped with hood moulds and Gothic glazing bars. Additionally, the bargeboards are adorned with pendants.
