Description

No. 140 Fitzwilliam Street is a mid-19th century building constructed of ashlar with a hipped slate roof. It stands two storeys tall and features a moulded eaves cornice. The building has a rounded corner facing Wentworth Street and includes two ranges of sash windows. The entrance door is adorned with Tuscan pilasters and a full entablature, and there are plain cast iron railings leading to the steps and area.
