Description
Nos 121 and 123 Fitzwilliam Street are mid-19th century buildings constructed from ashlar stone, featuring a pitched stone slate roof and two storeys. They have a moulded eaves cornice and a band. The façade includes four ranges of sash windows with raised surrounds, and on the ground floor, there are two canted bays with shouldered lintels and moulded cornices. The doors have two fielded panels each and two traceried lights, topped with pointed fanlights that have Gothic glazing bars and raised surrounds. A continuous hoodmould runs over both doors, rising in a pointed arch above the central passageway. The passageway features a four-panelled door with a fanlight that has glazing bars and a shaped lintel.
