Description

31 Highdale Road is a large house dating from the early to mid-19th century, prominently situated on a hillside overlooking Clevedon Bay. The house is three storeys high, with a wing projecting forward on the left. It is rendered and colourwashed, featuring panelled pilasters on the right side. The roof is hipped and covered in slate, with projecting eaves. The building has four windows, largely sash windows with thin glazing bars, and triple-light windows to the left. The first floor on the right has a trellised verandah. Arched recesses are present on the ground floor.
