Description

This is an early to mid-19th century, two-story villa, situated at the junction of the East Clevedon Triangle and Tickenham Road. The front is finished with a whitewashed roughcast render. The roof is hipped and covered in pantiles. The villa has two windows, plus the space of a previously blocked window, all featuring rectangular dripmoulds. Paired wooden casements fill the window openings. Entrances are located on the sides of the building. The building forms part of a group of listed buildings within the East Clevedon Triangle, which also includes Byegones on Highdale Road.
