Description

Copse Lodge is an early to mid-19th century, two-storey house on Copse Road. The house is rendered and has plain angle pilasters. It has a hipped slate roof with projecting eaves and a large central stack. The first floor has two windows, which are sash windows with glazing bars. A ground floor extension features a cornice and a small shop window on the right side. The entrance is within the extension to the left of the front facade. The building is included on the list solely for its group value. It forms a group with numbers 2 to 34 (even), number 5, numbers 35 to 39 (odd), and number 13 Seavdale Road, along with numbers 3 and 7, which are of local interest.
