Description

The Anchorage is a house dating from the 18th century, constructed from coursed and squared granite with a gabled slate roof and granite end stacks. It features a double-depth central entrance plan and stands two storeys high with attics, presenting a symmetrical three-window range. The granite lintels above the windows frame late 19th century horned two-over-two pane sash windows and an early 20th century half-glazed door. There is a large flat-roofed extension added to the rear in the mid-20th century. The interior has not been inspected.
