Description
Lloyds Bank is a house that has been converted into a bank, dating from the mid-19th century. It features colourwashed render over granite rubble and has a gabled scantled slate roof with rendered end stacks. The building has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys high, showcasing a four-window range on the first floor with horned 2/2-pane sash windows. To the left of the centre, there is a porch supported by two Roman Doric columns, with correct Doric antae, an entablature, and a cornice. The porch also includes a four-panelled door and a rectangular fanlight. Inside, the ground floor is adorned with enriched cornices. The building is included for its group value.
