Description

Priory Cottage is a detached cottage dating from the early 19th century. It has walls made of brick and plastered cob, topped with a thatched roof and featuring a brick end stack. The cottage is one storey high with an attic. The front has a part-glazed door and two casement windows with glazing bars on the ground floor. The attic includes two half-dormers that have horizontally sliding sashes. There is a single-storey lean-to on the west side, constructed of brick with a slate roof, and another single-storey lean-to on the east side, which has weatherboarded walls and a shingled roof. The cottage is included for its group value.
